The event is hosted by the Greene Care Clinic with support from the 2019 MAPP2Health Core Group.
Parking for Attendees: In the public school parking lot along Monroe Drive (behind Greene Commons). There is a sidewalk along Spotswood Trail (Business 33) that leads to Greene Commons (the stage side of the venue).

Why does your health matter? (a simple survey)
We want YOU to share with us why your health is important to you. So when a young person comes up to you and asks you to write down why your health matters on a sticky note, please do!
Youth from the Evergreen Church of the Brethren will be volunteering for the event (including the survey).
FUN FAIR Raffle Rules & Prizes
Participating Health & Wellness organizations will give FUN FAIR attendees who stop at their table/tent to learn about their services a raffle ticket. Attendees can use the raffle tickets to enter into drawings for prizes. Prize drawings will take place at 4:45 pm (you do not need to be present to win - we can call you).
